Entrepreneurial-minded and with over two decades of expertise in sales, B2B & B2G partnerships, and VC investor relations, Daniel Weihrauch’s professional experience spans more than 30 countries. His work across the Middle East includes commercial leadership roles at multinational corporates and regional conglomerates. He also ran his own business, advising and training global firms, including Microsoft, Halliburton, Goldman Sachs, and Aramex, on sales performance and effective go-to-market strategies.

In his most recent role at Techstars, the world’s largest pre-seed investment firm, he was the best-performing revenue generator in 2022 and brought in millions of dollars in operating revenue throughout his tenure. As Sales Director EMEA, he generated new partnerships with Audi, ARM Holding, KSA’s MCIT, Saudi National Bank, Saudi Space Commission, Abu Dhabi’s Early Child Authority, Hub71, and blockchain platform, Polygon. Moreover, Daniel co-led the launch and capital formation efforts for Techstars’ first regional Middle East and Africa fund, securing up to 40% anchor commitment.

As an active contributor to the startup community, Daniel Weihrauch has supported accelerator programs in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Lagos, Paris, Berlin, and Torino through master classes and lead-mentor mandates. He is driven by blending social and economic impact and has served as a mentor in the Forward.Inc accelerator, has been working on missions to support entrepreneurs from Palestine.

Born and raised in Germany, Daniel Weihrauch has lived across the Middle East for almost twenty years, building strong relationships that have turned into friendships and immersing himself in its culture and history. He currently spends his time between KSA, UAE and Paris.
